Storyboard designs for the Amazon pilot The Interestings. Based on the best selling book, the show bounces between various time periods in the characters lives, starting with their initial meeting at an arts summer camp in 1974. I wanted to portray the feeling of nostalgia and creativity, as well as highlight the time period by taking a journey through an unnkown character's journal. I created it by finding appropriate images on Flickr (and getting approval from the owners for use in the sequence) and composited them in an old travel/sketch journal I had created from a previous trip when I was younger.
